The Whole Health Plan is dedicated to providing the resources, information, and tools that help you find the right care. When you need to find care, take the time research your options. Follow these steps to find a provider or medical facility that meets your needs.
1. Selecting Your Provider
As a member of the Whole Health Plan, you have a choice when accessing care.
Whole Health Primary Care Network
The WH Primary Care Network is a curated network of primary care providers invested in your healthcare outcomes. Visit a Preferred PCP, to receive primary care services for you and your family at little to no cost.
Preferred Tier 1
Network
A curated network of recognized local providers, clinics and hospitals partnered with us to offer services at an even greater benefit (lowest cost to you) through Employers Health Network, administered by WebTPA.
Expanded Tier 2
Network
A national network of providers, clinics, and hospitals through Aetna (Aetna Signature Administrators) to receive care at the standard benefit level (next lowest cost to you), administered by WebTPA. This network is a great option for accesing care when traveling.
