What’s New in ’22?

Depending on your home zip code, Team Members may have two medical plan options to choose from. The Whole Health Plan (WHP) is one of these two choices, available to eligible Team Members in: Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County, San Diego, Seattle, Phoenix/Tucson, New York Metro area (5 Boroughs, across Long Island, Jersey City, and Stamford, CT).

The WHP is excited to be in your neighborhood and save you money on medical expenses in 2022 by offering you a new preferred medical provider tier! Curated from the network of local providers, clinics, and hospitals, when using the Preferred Network, through Employers Health Network (EHN) or Northwell Direct ((NWD) in the New York Metro area only), the Deductible and Out of Pocket (OOP) Max is approximately half that of the Expanded Network. The Expanded Network is a national network offered through Aetna Signature Administrators at the standard benefit level (same deductibles and OOP Max that you have today). With the WHP, you have access to the same providers available to you today with the additional benefits of more savings should your providers participate in the Preferred Network! Click here for more details on our networks and see if your current providers are a part of the Preferred Network to access these additional benefits.

In-network prescription drug coverage is provided through Southern Scripts. Click here for more details.

The WHP’s focus on your Core of Care (see below) enables you to receive even more savings (and in some cases, zero cost) for primary care with local, brand-recognized health systems and primary care provider practices. Please see below for more details on WFM Medical + Wellness Preferred Primary Care Providers (PCPs).

Designed to be a concierge relationship and single point of contact for you, this friend in healthcare will be the link between all healthcare touchpoints both internally (e.g., Team Member Services) and externally (e.g., plan administrators and providers). The HRC helps with things like scheduling visits or assisting with questions about your bills.
