Beginning January 1, 2021, eligible Team Members and their eligible dependents with Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage will have access to select providers at seven Northwell primary care clinics in the greater New York metro area, free for PWA members! Who is eligible?
You are a full-time Whole Foods Team Member (or dependent) who lives or works within the Northeast Region: NY, NJ, or CT.
You are enrolled in the Blue Cross Blue Shield TX CDHP health insurance plan.
